Cascada Mobile's ® leadership team is composed of seasoned veterans that have collectively built and launched a number of successful wireless data services and enterprise software products (including mobile software). They have extensive knowledge of the telecom, software and services industries, including practical, hands-on experience assembling and leading large, cross functional teams to create and manage products and services. The members of the Cascada Mobile leadership team are also experts at marketing, raising capital, product management and channel and market development.

Alan Lysne
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Cascada Mobile, Alan Lysne guides the company's growth and strategic direction with responsibility for identifying new opportunities and markets. Alan has over 13 years of experience in the communications and mobile software industry both in start ups and large companies.

Prior to joining Cascada Mobile, Alan was a VP at Comverse where he ran the Toronto office and oversaw the self service and CRM software groups. Previously, Alan was the co-founder and CTO of Davinci Technologies which was acquired by CSG Systems and subsequently Comverse. Before starting Davinci, Alan was a management consultant at Accenture serving telecommunications clients across North America.

Alan holds an Honors Electrical Engineering degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

Sean Maurik
Director, Product Development

Sean Maurik brings over 10 years technical and management experience in the software development field to Cascada Mobile. Before joining the company, Sean was a Co-Founder of Delano Technology Corporation, a leading provider of interaction-based e-business solutions. Prior to Delano, Sean developed next generation email server products at Netscape Communications and electronic forms software for Symantec Corporation.

John Mah
Director, Product Development

John, a technology and start-up veteran, brings more than 10 years of expertise to his role as Director, Product Development. Before joining Cascada Mobile, John was a Co-Founder and Senior Software Architect at Delano Technology Corporation. At Delano, John was responsible for developing and incubating new technologies for the company's revolutionary e-mail application server. Prior to Delano, John was a senior software engineer with Netscape Communications, where he helped develop their line of enterprise server products. John was also a senior software architect at Symantec/Delrina Corporation, where he honed his skills as a technical lead.
